In 2006 Fairwood Holdings explored the opportunity to form a further division to the Group to provide pipework maintenance and installation. We believe that this has brought added value to the service we already provide our Client.
We have now established a separate division to be dedicated specifically to pipework but would have the added advantage of the other divisions under the Fairwood Holdings umbrella of fabrication, design, site services and precision engineering.
Project Management
The Contracts Director, Mr Wayne Adams oversees the entire pipework division, together with Site Managers and Supervisors. This management team are responsible for organising day to day manning requirements and head teams of experienced, dedicated personnel to provide all aspects of pipework.
Our skilled personnel are qualified and fully capable of carrying out maintenance, fabrication and installation work on pipelines as detailed below:
- Small bore Carbon Steel and Stainless Steel up to 36"
- Hydraulic pipelines from 35 bar to 275 bar rating in both carbon steel and stainless steel
- Steam systems up to 160 bar rating
- Water systems, both low pressure and high pressure
- Lubrication oil systems
- Gaseous systems including Oxygen, Nitrogen, Natural Gas
Fairwoods has always believed that a pro-active approach has considerable benefits to our Clients and can result in significant long term savings.
We are proud of our Quality Management and Health & Safety Infrastructure and are well aware of the importance of quality control in respect of Pipework.
During this outage we again achieved a zero accident rate which is a credit to all involved
