No3 at Margam 'A' has returned to service after it's burner management upgrade along with extesive maintenance to boiler pressure system.
There was a total of approx 6500 man hours from nine contracting companies involved with this project along with further hours by Corus Engineers.
During this outage we again achieved a zero accident rate which is a credit to all involved and demonstrates that by working closely together and discussing all potential hazards and risks we can still undertake this, sometimes, difficult work in a safe manner.

As we discussed earlier this week, I have spoken with Matthew today and told him that, due to whats I regard as his exceptional performance on this job, I wish to award him a Job Bonus of £500, to be paid via yourselves.

You certainly made the right choice of Supervisor when you appointed him to htis job - thanks for that.
