Fairwood Pipework Services offers expertise in all areas of the engineering and construction industry. In brief, we specialise in the fabrication and installation of pipework in Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Alloys, Galvanised Steel, Plastic and Copper. We have the facilities to undertake pipework and steelwork design, fabrication and installation of tanks, vessels, pipe bridges, ladders and gantries.

We can provide skilled and qualified craftsman covering a full range of pipework and welding trades. We have developed an extensive range of weld procedures and welders qualifications in accordance with BS-EN 287-1/288-3 and ASME 1X.

Workshop Facilities

Combined the Fairwood Group currently has over 50,000 sq ft of workshop space, including a dedicated precision machine shop, 2 large fabrication facilities and a separate workshop for the Pipework Division. We have invested in modern technology such as CNC brake presses, large modern rolls, CNC lathes & Mills, wire & spark erosion facilities and modern EDM machinery.

These facilities enable us to provide a first class service to our clients and allow us to turn around work in a timely manner as most processes can be done in-house.

Emergency Call-outs

Emergency call-outs and constant availability have long since become an integral part of Fairwood’s reputation.

All emergency contact numbers are for senior management within the organisation and we endeavour to provide a rapid, efficient response as our clients have come to expect.

We believe that one of the reasons we are able to offer this service is due to the multi-skilled training we provide.

A Service Level Agreement can be produced if required based on your exact needs and our response levels can be tailored to your requirements.

24 Hour Manning / Weekend Working / Peak Cover

FLEXIBILITY

We currently operate under a number of different working patterns, including 24 hr continuous shift patterns 365 days a year. We are happy to work to any routine that best complements the areas we operate in.

AVAILABILITY

With our pool of workshop employees to complement our site operatives we always have extra men available at short notice in every discipline. This also enables us to offer extra manning during peak periods.
